Recipients Groups can be created for Retail Messages. The groups can be selected in the Recipients FastTab in the Retail Messagecard for a quicker selection of multiple recipients. Open the Retail Message Recipient Group List:
A new group can be added directly at the bottom of the list or by pressing the New button:
In the example above there are four different recipient types selected, Username, Store, Terminal and Staff. When the new group is selected as a recipient in a Retail Message, everyone in the group will receive the message.
Recipients can have the status Active or Inactive. If the status is Inactive when a when a Retail Message is activated the recipient is not made active for the message and will not be on the recipient list.
